  Dutch Coast Rafting Championships 2002  
 

This year (2002) Juventa will organise the 2nd Dutch Coast Rafting Championships:

  • 9th of June – Scheveningen (near the Hague)
  • 8th of September – Zandvoort (near Amsterdam)

Rafting on wild water is cool, but coast rafting is maybe even more spectacular.

The difference between rafting on wild water and rafting on the sea is that everyone can participate. Men, women, older people and young adults. The only restriction is that you have to be at least 14 years old.

There is a possibility for people from foreign countries to compete in the Dutch Coast Rafting Championships.

The teams can compete in three classes:

  • business
  • recreation
  • sports

Each team will raft several heats during the morning. In the afternoon the best teams will compete in the semi final and the final.

Between the heats there is time enough to have a drink or to eat something. You can relax and enjoy the beach. At the end of the day you can have dinner, which will be followed by our famous Raft & Dance Party.

The price is 100 euro for a team. Dinner costs 18 euro for each person.
